We had our first ever mussels in NZ. Green lipped mussels are big busines there. Also - pate. This lunch was courtesy of Uncle Tom and Dena... Enjoyed next to a pond at a winery and quilt shop in Blenheim.
They were part of the same little complex, which consisted of winery, cafe, olive oil tasting, and quilt shop. Called Mud River Village, or something like that.
Well that looks awesome. Growing up, mussels were just bait.
ReplyDeleteSo was the winery and quilt shop one place? Or just next to each other.
