This is the modern art section of the American Art museam in the old patent building. Lincoln held his second inaugaral ball someplace in this building. The horse is made of all driftwood and behind Bill is an enormous neon US with lots of tvs in each state playing either a movie about the state (Kansas gets the Wizard of Oz) or clips of something state -like (potatoes in Idaho). It made me dizzy and I almost puked on Vegas. 
Sounds like TV America is the epitamy (i can't spell it) of the American culture... kind of interesting!
